“The poorest place ever. I felt sorry that the placement is so wonderful with very nice views. However the toilets were dirty and when I complained the person in the reception, as she said the owner, was very offended and started yelling that it is not her fault and that I can not teach her hospitality and that the other clients were responsible for the dirtiness. Her behaviour was really unbearable and offensive. I do not recommend it. She was a bit arrogant because as she kept saying, that she is the owner of the place. It is not clean and the reception service is awful.”

“We received great service from everyone in this family business, they were friendly and amazing and always had a smile in their face from the beginning to the end, top quality food with traditional Moroccan dishes, with great hygiene and comfort I recommend this place to anyone, overall it was a very good experience. “Don’t go!!! Worst experience ever!!!! Poorest service!! We booked before head for a birthday celebration that means we were bringing with us cakes and stuff and we agreed that we will pay for it so we thought that they will keep it in the fridge yet when we arrived and after serving us breakfast everything started to go downhill…. They started favouring the other guests over us taking away chairs from us and to our surprise after 1h they brought the cakes saying it wasnt agreed on and its not allowed blah blah ps the cakes were not stored in the fridge … at the end we had to leave”
