“I was there today for a pedicure with gelish polish. I paid 780 dirham for that Service. Super overpriced and i never paid that in any City around the world. Felt a bit scamed because the Lady told me a diffrent price before Edit: - Gel removel took 5 minutes - pedicure was a normal one - treatment was what exactly?”

“Beyond Unacceptable – A Disgrace to Call This a Salon - SCAM This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon. I booked an appointment to get my hair cut and brushed. The time slot was confirmed—but when I arrived, the salon was completely closed. No one there, no explanation, no sign. I waited for two hours with my hair wet, expecting some kind of mistake would be corrected. It wasn’t. They had deliberately scheduled me at a time when they weren’t even open. Honestly, even when i first went to book, I was met with cold, judgmental stares. The girls working there didn’t even try to hide the fact that they were gossiping about me, snickering and whispering as if I couldn’t understand. The disrespect was unreal. No professionalism, no courtesy—just pettiness and arrogance. This salon doesn’t deserve customers if this is how they treat people. Unreliable, rude, and mean-spirited—I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very, very unprofessional, I would give it zero stars if I could.”

“Very bad service. The place looked nice but i did not expect what I went through. The staff kept arguing and swearing at each other, and I must say when my sister and I got our makeup done, it looked hideous. They were not professional at all. The pedicure and manicure were not done properly, with the nail polish looking really messy. They kept sending me from one person to another constantly. The total was extremely overpriced for what I experienced and I was very disappointed with my results. Horrible customer service, would not recommend at all.”

“To avoid the staff is rude and mean - they humiliated me because I lost a lot of hair - the lady called loud everyone to show them how much I lost without even considering why I lose my hair - then to my 7 yrs hair cut she did it in 1 min not even let her sit. She was standing in the middle of the salon and it was not even cut straight - a shame to charge me for that. Lastly bought brush 150 dh and after 1 it broke already and when I came back they refused to refund and they were very mean and rude”
