“I went to get a chebaka installed. From the beginning, I was not given any real choice regarding quality; I was immediately pushed toward the most expensive option, costing €400. During the appointment, he suddenly took a video call in another room, and I noticed that I was being filmed on his phone without my permission. After that, he also tried to record me for his social media channel, which I refused. Later, I learned that the hair quality only lasts about four months before it needs to be replaced, while in his videos he claims it lasts up to one year. He also told me in person that the tape needs to be replaced every week, but in his videos he says every 1.5 weeks. This inconsistency is very misleading. I did not receive any proper glue, only black tape that does not stay in place well. I was also not given any shampoo or care products, nor clear aftercare instructions. Everything was explained very quickly, without giving me enough time to properly understand. One very painful and unprofessional comment he made was that he only does this for the money, not to help people. My experience with this chebaka is that the quality is poor. The hair tangles very quickly, and if you handle it even slightly, the hair breaks. Overall, both the service and the quality were extremely bad. It is absolutely not worth the money. I strongly recommend going to someone else who truly cares about quality, service, and customer satisfaction. Not just money.”
