“Not recommended the quality is very bad and quantity isn’t enough for the price, and the worst thing is they don’t accept card payments they mentioned out of service but they aren’t mentioning it in the outside only when I wanted to pay the lady in the reception told me with a head nod that’s not available, she don’t wanna even talk!”
“2/5 Stars – Disappointing Experience We visited Agha Acham as a group of four, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. Two of us ordered shawarma plates and two ordered grilled items. The biggest issue was timing—shawarmas arrived 10 to 15 minutes before the grilled plates, leaving half the group eating while the others just sat and waited. Not a good look for service coordination. The food itself was underwhelming. The kufta wasn’t tasty and lacked seasoning. The coleslaw was just cabbage smothered in mayonnaise—nothing special. The portion of hummus was very small. The shawarma was decent but not standout. The only bright spot was the chicken wings—they had great flavor, but unfortunately, most were still pink and undercooked. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and the food didn’t justify the visit. If you’re in the neighborhood, you may want to try another restaurant. The server he tried, but there wasn’t a lot he could do to salvage the experience.
“We eat at this restaurant very often. It’s usually our place, and this is the first time we’ve experienced something like this. This review is not about the food, but strictly about the behavior of the lady managing the door today, Monday around 11 p.m. I was waiting outside in line, along with other customers, without saying a single word. The door was open, and suddenly she asked the security to close the door directly in my face. What made the situation unacceptable was the way she spoke to us. She was shouting and staring at me, saying that people need to be “civilized” and wait in line, even though we were already waiting properly and respectfully outside. Because of how uncomfortable and awkward the situation became, we decided to leave the restaurant, along with other customers who were also waiting. This was extremely disappointing and very unprofessional behavior toward clients.”
“So after leaving Meknes at 12:28 to Rabat ,by taking the train,I decided to have a quick bite before reaching my air BNB place. Had a salad and chicken and Mint juice.it was so nice and delicious. Please guys ,for those traveling to Rabat go try this place”
“Shawarma Agha delivers a fantastic shawarma experience! The shawarma was perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor, while the plate was generous, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Each bite was a treat, with fresh ingredients and authentic spices that made the meal both delicious and satisfying. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly, ensuring a great dining experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick meal or sitting down to enjoy, Shawarma Agha is definitely worth a visit for anyone craving quality shawarma. Highly recommended!”
“I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. The appetizers were poor quality. Beef shawarma and beef kebab were both unavailable, which seems intentional to promote chicken shawarma instead. You use standard Arabic bread instead of the traditional saj bread that should be served. Additionally, the service was unacceptably slow. I will not be returning. It feels like you exploit customers who are unfamiliar with authentic Levantine cuisine by presenting this as standard.”
