“AC did not work. We complained at reception and they said it will be fixed but it was not. Only one small blanket for two people in the winter. Had to request a second one the next night. Room is smaller than it appears in photos, beds too small. We were given a different room than the one we booked Overall very dissatisfied.. the only positive aspect is the location.”

“I loved this hotel, the room was big and had a nice view , the breakfast was super big buffet and super tasty and people working in the restaurant were super nice as well as the receptionist girl and the security guy. the location was PERFECT. first two days were niiiice and i relaxed a bit the following two/last days were a nightmare , the room above me were making a lot of noise , you could hear them talking , moving chairs constantly ( which i dont understand why ) you could hear their loud steps when they walk like they were wearing some loud shoes or something , u could also hear when they take a shower , i complained to the reception so many times but no solution was offered ( by the girl not the other receptionist ) other than changing the room to a different type of room than the one i had and had a nice view on the mountain, the second day i complained to the reception many times but the room had a small kid and they cant do anything about it. im writing this at 2 am while in the room because they didnt let me get somesleep”

“«+» Convenient location, friendly staff. Good size of the room. Good views, both from room and breakfast floor. Balcony. «–» The only lamp near the bed had a broken button. In the bathroom, one of the three lamps was burnt out, the second was blinking, only the third worked normally. The air conditioner was difficult to set to heating, one of the nights it was cold. No TV channels in English, just Arabic. The breakfast was disappointing: a lot of sweets, including fruit - which is good, but there was almost no savoury food, several types of simple pancakes and omelette to order, no vegetables or something else significant. Several dishes were just empty, maybe it's just during Ramadan.”

“The hygiene was disappointing. I got bitten by insects during the night and had to put on a jacket just to sleep. In the morning, I found several bugs in the room. Breakfast was also quite limited, with almost everything being pastries and not much variety. The only nice things were the location and the service attitude.”
