Hotel Riad Las Mil y una Noches 1 Tetuan

“I cannot give this hotel enough praise, it is in a great spot in Tetouan right beside the King's Palace and the staff were incredibly friendly, Suleiman sorted us out very well, the first thing he did when he welcomed us to his hotel was greet us with hot tea, it tasted of peppermint and something sweet, very nice touch! The hotel also arranged for Munir to be our taxi driver who was incredibly helpful, he gave us lots of information and advice to make our visit even better, he kept me well informed of his location etc and arranged other taxi's for us when he was not available, Munir was always available for advise and always responded to my message with above and beyond service! The hotel provided a fantastic breakfast which I am ashamed to say I didn't eat much of due to a stomach issue, however it was a lovely serving and served on the beautiful terrace the hotel offers. So all in, great hotel! Great location! And very helpful! When I return to Morocco I would absolutely love to stay here again and meet up with Munir again. “We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the Riad. Its at the entrance to the Medina and incredible inside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size with hairdryer and shampoo. The roof terrace is huge and great views. Breakfast was delicious. They organised a taxi for €45 to take us to Tangier airport on the day of departure which took just over a hour. Would stay here again”

“The riad person/ manager, Usama, wasfantastic! He came to pick us up where our private transfer dropped us off,to walk us the rest of the way. The riad is beautifully decorated, with a wider patio than all other riads we have stayed at. Stairs are nicely lit up turning on with sensors. The location is ideal, in a wide alley, easy to navigate with luggage. Everything worked well in our room, from the heating unit to the hot shower. There was a kettle and teapot in the room too. Make sure to walk up to the roof for an excellent view of the medina.”

“This was a fantastic place to stay - the team were so welcoming and friendly. If you’ve been travelling around for a while it’s a great restbite - didn’t hear any external sounds which at 5 or so in the morning for those who have travelled it will be welcomed. You’re on the corner of the medina and the palace. The rooms were great - aircon comfy beds sofas, tv and services. We drove so they suggested places to park and I’d suggest you trust them! (I did cut some ppl out of pics)”
