“Had an exceptional stay here! The family that runs the guesthouse was the best—warm, welcoming, and very friendly. I felt very well taken care of! The courtyard is truly paradise. There is a lot of care put into the decor and design of the whole place, but the courtyard in particular is a stand-out. A beautiful place to relax! My room was huge and very comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were well-maintained. I cannot recommend this guesthouse enough! It’s also in a good location for walking around and exploring Zagora. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to return!😊”

“Great, authentic stay in Zagora! The place is just gorgeous: at the center a big, colorful space with trees and greenery, surrounded by comfortable, cosy sofas, perfect to relax. The rooms are all around, comfortable and quiet. The hosting family is lovely, attentive to guests’ needs and ready to help at any time. We had a wonderful evening sharing Iftar (the evening meal to break the fast during Ramadan) with the whole family and other guests. The food was delicious and the atmosphere so welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and will for sure be back!”

“A wonderful and truly authentic place – highly recommended This is a truly wonderful place where you live next to a real, warm and kind Moroccan family. You can feel authentic life here, nothing artificial, nothing staged. After spending my first night in a hotel in Marrakech, here I immediately felt at home. Even with my language barrier, I was welcomed with kindness and treated like a friend. You don’t need many words to feel the hospitality and warmth of this house. I stayed only two nights because my plan was to travel as much of the country as possible, but every time I came back in the evening I was greeted with delicious, homemade meals prepared by the lady of the house. The food was truly exceptional. After dinner you can relax on the rooftop terrace — and honestly, you don’t even want to go to sleep. The atmosphere is peaceful, genuine and full of heart. “We really loved our stay at Dar Toda, Zahra made us feel so at home and like we were part of a family. On the evening we arrived, Zahra and Walid invited us to share some delicious homemade couscous and in the mornings, the breakfast with the view over the palm tree farms was definitely a highlight. The house is so beautiful with the big olive tree in the middle, the cosy rooms n super cute cat. We wish we could've stayed longer, this was definitely our favorite place we stayed in Morocco”

“Walid and his mum Zahra are great hosts. They welcome their guests as family’s components and fulfil every requests :)) The best part of the house is the internal yard, very comfortable and easygoing. The terrace is great as well, perfect for having breakfast and chilling out - often with cute cats company :) Also the food is great - we had breakfasts and dinners freshly cooked by Zahra. Highly recommended for spending a couple of days in an authentic Moroccan experience!”
