“Terrible experience. The room had visible mold and when we reported it, customer service was completely unhelpful—literally telling us it was “our problem.” Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The good - I walked into a nicely-scented single room with private bathroom, also with a fan. The hotel is only two km from Nador airport, where I was headed the next day. The bad - it cost 300 dirham. In Morocco. For a 1-star hotel. The evening previously I had paid 110 dirham in Fez for the same thing. But it's the only show in town and they know guests will have no choice but to pay these rates.”
