“Excelled budget option. Cleanliness can improve, but all else is great. Renovated bathroom, ok bed, nice experience. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but it’s more than enough for a basic accommodation in the city part of fez. Would come back here if I am back in fez on a budget.”

“The hotel was in a good location and our room overlooked a lovely park (which did come with some noise, but not terrible). The room was clean and bright and met our needs for the two nights we stayed. Our group was offered tea and biscuits as a welcome, which was nice. The hotel also offered a very inexpensive laundry service, which was welcome.”

“My stay at Hotel La Paix ended with a very unpleasant surprise. At first there were some room issues (we were given a triple room prepared for four people), but after reporting it at reception we were moved to another room. Later I also reported a leaking toilet and sink, which were fixed while we were out. However, during that time our room was cleaned and money disappeared from my backpack. I had 210 euros in cash (three €20 and three €50 banknotes). After leaving the hotel I realized that three €50 banknotes were missing – a total of 150 euros. The backpack with my documents and money was left in the room. Of course I cannot prove who took the money, but it disappeared during my stay in this hotel. I am writing this review simply to warn other travelers: do not leave money or valuables in your room. Very disappointing experience.”

“The looks of the hotel was good, however, the comfort was on the lower side. A few examples why: no shower curtain so every time following a shower the whole bathroom was flooded which pose fall risk, I slipped a few times thankfully did not fall, no shampoo- when we asked for it at the reception they said they don’t provide , breakfast wasn’t good either, outdated pastries and you had to ask for a second eggs.”

“Didn't stay, just visited the basement bar. Nothing special but the only bar we found that had some female clientele so my partner didn't feel intimidated. Friendly service, cheap beer, salty olives!”

“This room was severely run down. The WiFi only worked in the lobby and the bar with 'working Girls' downstairs is quite shady. Our room had a lot of mold, the airconditioning unit had an unnerving rattle and the vents in the room were ducttaped instead of properly repaired. Even as a low budget I Wouldn't advice this. Being poor is Nothing to be ashamed of, being dirty is though.”
