AS Premium Appart'Hotel, Casablanca

“I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. As someone sensitive to humidity, I was glad to have no issues during my stay! I usually have this issue staying in buildings in Morocco. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. (The guy who was working a night shift March 26th helped me a lot) The room had some amenities including AC, TV, kitchen water heater, knifes & forks & plates, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean with reliable hot water, and basic toiletries were provided. The bed was comfortable, and the building itself is quiet. However, the location is noisy due to traffic, but the hotel location is convenient, it’s close to hospitals, supermarkets, pharmacies, private doctors, and restaurants (within a walking distance), it’s also easy to get a taxi nearby. The hotel offers both an elevator and stairs, so you can just ask the staff to guide you to the stairs in case you’re claustrophobic or uncomfortable with elevators. A full breakfast is available, or just drinks if you aren’t interested in a breakfast.”

“The shower did not drain properly and the bathroom floor was completely soaked. We were only given one towel in spite of booking the room for 2 guests.The room was spacious however the negative aspects of the room made our stay unpleasant.”
