“The hotel is nice, but there are some problems with the elevator. For example, the elevator on the third floor doesn't work. If you're staying on the third floor, you have to take the elevator to the fourth and then down the stairs to the third. In addition, the elevator is very small, and you don't feel safe riding it. The view isn't very good, and the phone doesn't work at the hotel. We tried calling them several times without any answer, and when we confronted them, they had no answer, which forced us to come to the hotel and confirm our attendance.”
