“Very nice hotel. The location is perfect for me, right in the middle of everything. This is the third time I’ve chosen this hotel, which shows how much I like it.||The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Halima on the 22nd floor — such a lovely person with a beautiful smile — and Souhail in the restaurant. The reception team and all the staff are always kind and helpful.||I always feel comfortable staying here and truly enjoy my experience every time.”

“I stayed here 4 nights on business trip. The room was lovely and clean. One recommendation, towels and bathrobe were a bit old, need new ones to freshen up. Breakfast was great but when I checked in, I asked if breakfast was included in my flight and hotel package. Receptionist said everything was sorted and told me breakfast time. Upon checking out I was charged 240MAD and the same staff said he never told me it was included. I didn’t mind paying but if I had known I’d haven eaten with my colleagues at our conference venue some mornings. I used the swimming pool & jacuzzi and had a 50-min massage. It was totally relaxing. The Sky 27 & 28 and the bar on 2nd floor where football was shown were great. Enjoyed the meals and service there. All the staff were professional except receptionist.”

“My first time at this spa it was absolutely wonderful! Bahia was so kind and sweet and very gentle I couldn’t recommend her more. She made my experience amazing. I was nervous at first but she made me comfortable. Khadija gave me a great massage and ilhane is a great receptionist and was able to communicate with me in English. Wonderful experience.”

“I stayed at Kenzi Tower Hotel for one night, and while the hotel’s infrastructure clearly shows its age and could benefit from a major refresh, the quality of the welcome and the dedication of the staff truly deserve recognition. A special thank you to Mariam at reception, who went above and beyond despite a crowded and very busy front desk, handling everything with professionalism, efficiency, and grace. A special mention as well to the concierge, proudly wearing the prestigious Clefs d’Or pins, whose professionalism and presence reflected that distinction perfectly. And at breakfast, although the buffet itself did not quite meet 5-star expectations, Redouane’s kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service made me forget the details. This hotel is fortunate to have such dedicated staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and commitment are what make the experience special. Without them, the hotel would lose much of what makes it shine. I sincerely hope their efforts are recognized and valued.”
