“I had a wonderful stay at Stay Here Maarif and would happily stay again. The apartment was spotless, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, organized, and exactly as advertised. The location is also excellent and makes getting around Casablanca very convenient. What stood out most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Everyone was helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The only small suggestion I would make is to provide complimentary bottled water and tissue boxes in the apartment, as those little touches would make the stay even more comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect. Clean accommodation, great service, excellent location, and a very pleasant overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Casablanca.”

“Staying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm.The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free.Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table!This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!”

“If you’re looking for a hotel absurdly dysfunctional, to the level almost comical, then you found it at Here. Entering the first room that we were given, we found out that none of the appliances were working, the switch cover plates were falling off, and it felt like at a desolate TV production site. We asked for a fix and waited for twenty minutes until we were informed that we got switched to another room. We were happy about it, although it was the same person who told us at check-in that all the rooms were booked out that night. Entering the same key code at the second room, we thought everything looked immediately better. Unfortunately the emphasis fell on “looked”. Over the course of the night, we experienced black-outs (when having the stove and washing machine on at the same time), and discovered that bulbs were missing in the bedroom, water wasn’t running in the kitchen with the tap only loosely attached. Honestly I’ve never ever seen a hotel that is so dysfunctional, yet putting so much effort on their marketing. The only conclusion I arrived at was that it is a hotel run by a team of marketers. Kudos to the marketing! There are also upsides though: every time we told the staff that something was broken, they would try their best to find a solution. Hence the two stars for the crew. Yet when a ship has sunken so far, I’m not sure a bucket would help with throwing out the water on board.”

“I had the best time at this beautiful hotel situated in one of Casablanca’s nicest neighborhoods, Maarif. The staff is the kindest, most welcoming and helpful- especially Aymen and Omar. The room was very clean and cozy as well, great bathroom, super equipped kitchen and honestly the best bed I ever slept in which is why I ended up staying four nights instead of just one. So if you‘re looking for comfort, style, great location and the best service do yourself a favor and check-in @ Stay Here. See you next time! 😊🙏🏼⭐️💙✨”

“The apartments are renovated and the location is okay, but I had an issue when I made a mistake with the date and asked them to change it, but they refused because it's non-refundable. I went to the apartments and met with the general manager (Walid) and asked him to change the date. He agreed, but on the condition that I book now and pay the amount, and then submit a cancellation request through the website. I did so, but to my surprise, he lied to me and rejected the request.”

A special thank you to the reception team, both the gentleman and the lady at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
