“Food was delicious! Had Sword fish with mushroom sauce, red mullet, beef tagine with vegetables and special request couscous (as it is regularly served on Fridays-any other day, we were told, you have to order). I had lunch with my sisters and we absolutely loved the meals. Shukran.”
“Definitely one of the most remarkable meals we had throughout our trip in Morocco. The anchovy tagine is the star, chop up the preserved lemon slice that comes on it and make sure to get some of that with every bite, pair it with a Moroccan salad. Also the fish soup was really comforting. Suuuuper affordable also.”
“Great spot in Chefchaouen! It is a family owned restaurant. The food is amazing with a focus on Moroccan-style seafood (I had regamonte) and of course the mint tea. The staff is very kind, go all the way up to the terrace to get the views.”
“Food is AWESOME!!! We ate fish soup, garlis shelfish, pilpil shrimp and special fish mix. Everything was more than perfect. For the dessert we took homemade yogurt and cream caramel (kwakhada) also EXCELLENT. this restaurant is for every single recomendation. Don’t skip it. Also, for the cat lovers they have mama cat with 3 teenagers who are giving this restaurant more special vibe. Service was extremly good, waiter recomended what we should try - no mistake with our order thanks to him!”
“Fish soup is absolutely amazing - don’t miss it! Other dishes we had were also impeccable, definetly the best food on our trip from Marrakech, Merzouga, Fes and Chefchaouen! Other dishes that we highly recommenda are: garlic shellfish, pipil shrimps, special fish mix fried and amazing desserts - homemade yogurt (the best) and creme caramel. Coffe is also very good, strong and bodied. In the end, the waiter and his younger assistant (not the cat in the photo) are very kind and communicative. I highly recommend this place.”
“Wonderful family run restaurant. We came here twice for dinner. Exceptional hospitality. If you are fish lover, don’t miss it at Chefchaouen.”
