“Had the Moroccan meat couscous with vegetables and it was excellent. The portion was just right, generous without being overwhelming and you could tell every ingredient was fresh. The vegetables (carrots, courgette, potato) were perfectly cooked, still holding their shape and natural sweetness, and the caramelised onion topping added a lovely depth. The couscous itself was light and fluffy, beautifully seasoned. Served in a traditional terracotta dish on a gorgeous tiled table, the whole experience felt authentic. Will definitely be back.”
“Very nice place with great food! We had zaalouk, the roasted eggplant salad which was not really my thing due to the fact that there was a lot of cumin ( I live in Greece where there is a similar dish using mediterranean herbs, which are more to my taste ), however, I realize it is only my preference, therefore I am not reflecting this in my review. The split pea soup was very hearty, exactly what we needed on a cold rainy day like that. Beef kofta in tomato sauce was delicious, and last but not least, we had the chicken pastilla, which was honestly one of the most interesting dishes I have ever eaten - sweet, sugary pie with cinnamon filled with savory roasted chicken. It had a very unique taste which I actually quite liked, the only flaw of this dish was the fact that it was quite dry. In general however we were very sarisfied and can surely recommemd this place.
“Awesome place to have a nice relaxing dinner and enjoy the Moroccan cuisine. As a Moroccan who has tried many of our dishes, they did a great job with the couscous and meat. Not to mention, he staff were friendly and the seating was nice. I highly recommend this place.”
“We had a delicious Moroccan meal here. One of the best parts is the setting! if you go all the way to the rooftop, you’ll get views of the city and a lusciously designed dining room with little alcoves and tables. Kind staff, cash only, they have wifi but couldn’t get it to work Bread w semolina comes with your meal as did three small house apps (rice, eggplant, peppers). They were delicious! Cheese salad- was ok, it’s a lettuce salad w plops of goat cheese. You dress it w olive oil and citrus on the table. Goat cheese is super mild. Morrocan soup: so good! Chicken couscous: beautiful couscous, dry chicken breast AMAZING steamed veg and carmilized cinnamon onions Meat Tagine: do not miss the house specialty! Beef so tender, a delight”
“Mixed experience. We might have been too early for the grill, but the mixed skewer was unfortunately overcooked and dry. The vegetable couscous lacked flavor, though the Zaazaa and panache drinks were excellent. Most surprisingly there was a colored water leak by our feet and despite the restaurant being empty, the staff made no effort to clean it up after we pointed it out.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best meal in Chefchaouen! We had a perfect dinner at Restaurant Jebaria. The service was top-notch—everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The dishes were full of traditional flavors and cooked perfectly. 10/10 recommendat”
