“Hotel is in a convenient location and IMHO is a 3 star at best. The room was a good size but the bed and pillows were rock hard ( and I always buy firm mattresses ).||The dining room was quite nice with a great view , however the buffet food was blase and under replenished. One of the attendants was handling food with bandages on his fingers and actually asked us to leave after 45 minutes saying they were needing the table . There were at least 4 - 5 free tables setup and several more available if they cleared dishes and reset.|I would NOT RECOMMEND this facility for dining .”

“I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and well maintained. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The breakfast was very disappointing and did not reflect the standards expected from a 4-star hotel. The pastries seemed reheated rather than freshly baked and the overall selection was quite limited. Another downside was that the hair dryer in the room was out of service Despite these issues, the quality of the service and the kindness of the staff made the stay enjoyable.”

“Very friendly staff especially Ismail at the reception. Rooms were very clean and most importantly the washrooms were maintained well. Our AC did not work but as the weather was nice and cold did not really matter. The food was good and catered towards tourists and not the local flavours unlike our previous location. Overall a pleasant two days.”

“The Hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to the Medina. The rooms were noisy as we could hear the noise of the traffic even late in the night. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom (Shower) needed some maintenance and we had water over the floor although it was covered, which could only be because of some poor drainage issues.|The buffet dinner was just OK and lacked any local cuisine Items. There was not much of variety and flavour to the food. Breakfast was a buffet and was just OK.|Overall our stay was comfortable but not great.”

“Location and staff were great! Food was soso. Chicken was very dry, 2 days in a row. Drink prices were well above what they should have been, with little choice. Rooms were noisy, everything in the hall echoed loudly. We could here chairs being moved around 2 floors above. Situated on a busy street, with loud bikes revving by. Rooms were clean and comfortable.”

“Nice hotel, with laundry service which was great. Rooftop restaurant with pretty good food and service. The lights are motion activated, although they do not always detect your movement so be careful. Skeleton key for the doors can be finicky. Hotel itself was safe but we were told not to leave the hotel.”
