“It’s in a good location in the city centre of Fes, with reasonable prices. Their service is excellent, and it’s perfect for drivers, thanks to the nice on-site parking. The breakfast is good, and I especially liked the fresh, tasty fruits”

“We found the hospitality first class . The whole staff were friendly and very helpful . We are at 9. 30am and were ask to wait in lobby and a room was allocated at 10am . We were offered coffee and pastries while waiting . The lady in the restaurant and the young lady behind reception were superb throughout our stay. We enjoyed the biggest bed we have had in any hotel and had room was clean and very spacious. A perfect hotel that looks after the client 100%. Thank and we hope to return soon”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel several times with my family, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and quiet, which makes it easy to relax. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and they really add to the overall stay. The included breakfast is decent and convenient, though there could be some room for improvement in terms of variety. We always have nice, peaceful days there, which is why we keep coming back.”

“This hotel is very old and run-down. It needs major upgrades...everywhere. The room had many lights not functioning, yet they rented it out to us. The cleaning staff forgot to give us towels. The spa is absolutely horrible, similar to a damp, dark and depressing dungeon. The spa staff has absolutely no desire to work. The entire spa is best left unused. The hotel staff is helpful and generally kind. I do not recommend this hotel at all!!! The five stars it claims were probably found in some generic cereal box.”

“After checked in found the AC is not cooling, the issue was reported many times but no action was taken, it was very hotin side the room and if you open the window mosqutos and flys will enter the room. NOT VALU FOR MONEY”
