“Charming Riad 20 mins walk from the heart of the Medina. Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated room. Good freshly cooked breakfast. Youssef and the team the most welcoming and always available to give you local info. Only drawback, the guide recommended is to avoid at all costs. Rushed through talking about the history of the town to get to one of the most expensive rip off shops in the Medina. Then when he realised we were not going to return with bagful of goods, he disengaged completely, asked for double the money we had already paid for the tour at the riad. Great riad, just find your own guide.”

“Finally felt at home in Morocco 🇲🇦 ❤️ After traveling around Morocco, I finally found a place that truly felt like home — Arabella Hotel in Fes. The hotel was so clean (the cleanest I’ve stayed in during my trip), and the atmosphere was just so warm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely kind, especially Taoufik. He went out of his way to help us, shared so much about Fes and Moroccan culture, and his fluent English made everything so much easier. It felt like talking to a friend rather than just hotel staff. And the food… wow. It was homemade, fresh, and so delicious — clean and comforting, like a meal made with love. After struggling with food in other places, this was such a blessing. I honestly felt cared for here, not just like a guest passing through. If you’re coming to Fes and want kindness, comfort, and a sense of home, Arabella is the place.”

“Our experience in this nice was good, the room is great and the service as well but the owner is pushy. The staff is helfull and made our experience amazing. we recommend them to put a bottle of water in the room and the services they offer are pricy like the airport for 25€ but you can find it in the street for only 15€.”

“Feels like home! I enjoyed the time in the Riad very much. Best people are there, they did an incredible service and was helping me all the time, when I planned daytrips and other things. The Riad looks amazing, Rooms are absolutly clean and the „Lobby“ is nice, I spend many evenings there to chill out and eat. For breakfast you get everything you need, to start in the day and the dinner is perfect and big portions too :) Next year I will come back! :)”
