“I booked a 3 night's in this riad and the experience was nice . a traditional riad with beautiful views in the roof top. A perfect location and you can find everything you need in talla , food, coins exchange , transport in general, restaurants,the breakfast was completely with all generous and love . The employee was very helpful and friendly And finely, i had an amazing experience in the old medina and a great chance to mix with the coltur and also a Nice people I really recommend it 👍👍🔥❤️❤️”

“⚠️ Serious warning about this hotel: During my stay, the staff took a photo of my booking reference without properly explaining why. Later, I discovered that a review was posted under my booking without my knowledge or consent. This raises major concerns about privacy and trust. A booking reference is personal information, and using it to post a review on behalf of a guest is completely inappropriate. I recommend that future guests: - Do not allow staff to photograph your booking details - Double-check any reviews associated with your stay - Be cautious when sharing personal information I have reported this issue to the booking platform and relevant authorities. Transparency and trust are essential in hospitality, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those standards.”

“WARNING: Do not be misled by the high ratings of this Riad on Booking.com. Like many others, I booked 5 nights here based on its excellent score, only to realize it’s a calculated bait-and-switch scam. ​Upon arrival, I was told there were "no rooms available" and was immediately forced to move to a much lower-quality, substandard property. It is clear from my experience and other reviews that this is their standard operating procedure: they use their high Booking.com rating to lure guests in, knowing full well they have no intention of honoring the reservation. They wait until you are exhausted and stranded in the Fes Medina to force a relocation. ​This is a blatant fraud. They exploit the vulnerability of international travelers who are unfamiliar with the area. Do not trust the high score—it is a facade. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. This place has zero integrity!”

“To be honest and the place was so calm and we had a calm nighs,the guys there are soo helpful and Kind,they did a lot of great favours without asking for payment Actually they was more generous than a llot of luxury places we've been in before. In breakfast we had a generous table with 3 options and more... And for the location if we said it's perfect 👌 we could be unfair, it's more than perfect I really recommend this riad❤️❤️”

“If you like the smell of mold in your room you are at the right place. I made my reservation well in advance and when I arrived there was 1 smelly moldy room available. I don’t normally write bad reviews because I don’t want to hurt the business but the manager was so extremely rude that I have to say something. This is an honest review, avoid this riad .”

“We arrived after a long journey, had messaged with Aya on the day of our arrival and everything seemed prepared. But unfortunately when we got to the Riad, we were informed about "sudden water damage in the last 2 days" - no info on the earlier messages about this. We were brought to another Riad and met other tourists who had also been brought there from a different Riad of the same management under the same pretence. The different Riad we were brought to had really bad references online and the other family told us the rooms were really bad. So we had to find a different accommodation on the spot, stressful and more expensive of course. At least we got a full refund. But not a good Welcome to Fes. Cannot recommend.”
