“Mohamed, Mehdi and all the staffa make Riad Green House truly special. Warm, genuine hospitality throughout. They even help me with loundry with some tips. Everyone were so warm that one friday, Mehdi offered couscus lunch for me to share with the staff just because I told him I had not tried it and Friday is couscus day 😄 Mohamed's medina tips and story were invaluable for me navigating Fez Medina like a local, and understand more about Morroco culture and history ☺️ It is close to the Blue Gate — though first-timers arriving late may find the alleyways tricky. Message ahead so staff can meet you. Rooms are spacious, clean and exactly as pictured. Quiet throughout, with a minor water pump sound in the early morning — nothing bothersome. The rooftop, lounge and WiFi are all excellent for unwinding or working remotely.After 5 nights, it felt like home. Highly recommended!”

“Our stay here was AMAZING! The staff made us feel welcomed and at home! Definitely like we were part of their family! We travelled to 6 cities in Morocco and this was our favourite raid. Otman, Redwan, Medhi and Ahmed were very friendly and gave us great recommendations. “Home Away from Home 🤍 Our stay at Riad Green House was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, they made us feel completely at home. The welcome was warm and genuine; the team sat down with us to explain the city, share tourism tips, offer help in case we got lost, and even personally took us to places when we had trouble figuring out how to get there. They were always attentive and sincerely caring. A special thank you to Mehdi and both Mohameds, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their flexibility and dedication truly set this place apart. The décor is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious and very typical of the region. I especially loved how every afternoon, when we returned, they welcomed us with tea and took the time to sit and chat, asking about our day and whether they could help with anything else. I travel constantly, and I have rarely felt so at home in a hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it.”

“Nice riad, perfect location and great food. Although the best about this riad is the people running it, everyone was amazing, with a smile and very helpful for everything we needed. Really words are not enough to describe the kindness of the people. Afaik riads used to be homes for families and I think I got that feeling in this one.”

“Mohammed and Mehdi took care of us during our 3D2N stay with true hospitality and excellent regard. At the beginning of the stay, Mohammed gave us a fantastic briefing of what to expect in Fez, how to get around and what to see. Beyond that, he helped us with numerous queries and some logistical issues. Mehdi was also very kind and helpful, and helped us get a local cab at 530am for a ride to the train station. While some interactions with locals in Morocco may feel transactional, this is not the case at all with the staff of Riad Green House, who made us feel welcome every step of the way, and whom we can tell sincerely want us to have the best possible experience in Fez. If you are looking for somewhere with authentic Moroccan hospitality and kindness, look no further! Things that could be improved: bedsheets were thin, and the heating was suboptimal (as with many places in Morocco)”

“This hotel is very nice. All the staff are kind and always help with a smile. In particular, the owner (or general manager) is very smart and directs the directions very well. Medina offers a service that saves major tourist attractions by installing MapsMe app because the internet is not working. Breakfast came out well and clean up They do it for me and the hotel location is great. The staff is so nice that I want to write a review of it voluntarily.”
