“An amazing hotel. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating and helped us out with a bunch of different things. The room we had was excellently decorated and very nice. There was also a rooftop terrace right next to our room which was very cool as well. The free breakfast every morning was also very big and tasty. Not to mention how interesting of a place it was in terms of historical architecture and just overall niceness. Also was in a great location at the heart of the Medina, near the blue gate entrance. Have nothing bad to say about this place, you’ll certainly enjoy your stay here.”

“Amazing staff and a wonderful location, a little difficult to find by yourself but the lovely receptionist Mirjam picked us up personally. Mohammed also gave us fantastic food recommendations :) Breakfast was so great, and the terrace was lovely, but the rooms were a bit cold! The riad is a bit noisy if the neighbours are playing music but was otherwise an amazing experience.”

“Words cannot express enough how nice is this Riad. Staff was always helpful and caring even at late evening, they welcomed us with a mint tea, they manage our train ticket for Rabat while we were out in another excursion and they picked us up a the Blue Gate at our arrival before we drop off from the taxi. Breakfast was tasty and amazing, appreicate the fact they can prepare you a breakfast box if you leave Riad before 8 am for some excursions / day out. Placed 4 minutes walking from Blue Gate and nearby Medina / Bab Sahra restaurant, I absolutely recommend it if you plan to stay in Fez for 2/3 days. Room was very comfortable; however, I suggest to bring some ear plugs because in December first call to prayer for Muslim is around 6:30 am and it can wake you up.”
