He especially loved the character-themed play area featuring beloved cartoon figures, which sparked his imagination and kept him engaged for hours. Fun for All Ages One of the highlights of our visit was that Fun Park isn't just for kids. My wife and I found ourselves equally entertained by the arcade games. From classic arcade machines to modern interactive games, there was no shortage of options to keep us occupied. It was heartwarming to see my wife get competitive over a game of air hockey while I enjoyed a round of racing games. Convenience for Parents What truly sets Fun Park apart is its thoughtful design for parents. They provide an excellent option where you can leave your child in a supervised play area while you shop or relax. This feature is incredibly helpful for parents who need a break or want to take care of other errands without constantly checking on their kids. Knowing that our son was in a safe and monitored environment allowed us to unwind and enjoy our time together. Birthday Parties Fun Park is also a great venue for children's birthday parties. They offer party packages for a minimum of 10 kids, and the cost is $15 per child. This package includes access to all games and attractions, ensuring that the kids have a fantastic time. If you’re looking for a fun and exciting place to celebrate your child’s special day, Fun Park is an excellent choice. Room for Improvement The only aspect of our experience that could be improved is the receipt process. When you exchange your Fun Park card or add money to the card, they do not provide a receipt. This can be inconvenient because you pay for the card but don't have a way to verify exactly how much credit has been added. I asked for a receipt, and the staff informed me that they do not provide one. This was quite surprising and disappointing, as it left me uncertain about the accuracy of the transaction. Implementing a system to provide receipts would enhance the overall customer experience and ensure transparency. Overall Experience Despite this minor inconvenience, our visit to Fun Park was a resounding success. The friendly staff, clean facilities, and diverse range of activities made it a memorable experience for our entire family. We laughed, played, and created wonderful memories that we will cherish. If you're looking for a place where both kids and adults can have a great time, I highly recommend a visit to Fun Park.”

“My daughter had a lot of fun. The top up and tap system is good if you know much much you need to spend. Some of the arcade games didn't work properly hence on less star but staff were willing to help fix issues. Quite pricy for what it is and the games aren't very long. Everything is on a timer so even if you're doing well with a game, the game is over after a specific time. I would visit again only really because there isn't anything else like this that I'm aware of in Fez.”
