“We had a fantastic stay at Menzeh Zalagh 2 Boutique Hôtel & Sky. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.||A special thank you to Achraf at the reception, who was professional, kind, and very attentive throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize the staff in the breakfast restaurant, as well as all the hotel employees, for their excellent service and warm hospitality.||The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, making it easy to explore Fes. Our room was spacious, modern, comfortable, and very clean.||We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fes. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.”
“When guests enter the "Menzegh Zalagh Boutique Hôtel" upon arrival, everything looks quite appealing. The foyer is modeled after a riad. The rooms are minimalist but tastefully furnished. Then the problems began: The bathroom was missing the usual shower gel and shampoo. The receptionist's response was rather arrogant, and the guest was treated like some nuisance. Then the toilet broke, which was at least repaired the next day. Breakfast and dinner were okay. The waiters, despite the large number of them, were poorly organized, which is why not everyone received a drink by the end of the meal. It should also be mentioned that the hotel rooms are very noisy. If my wife and I had not stayed there as part of a tour, we would have avoided the hotel. When an enterprise calls itself a "Boutique Hotel," I expect special standards. This house, in my opinion, failed them on far too many levels.”
“The hotel did not meet my expectations for a 4-star property. The cleanliness was below standard, both in the room and the bathroom. Breakfast was nothing special, and the food in general was disappointing. Even the water had a strange taste.”
“Food is okay very wide range of foods especially for dinners, rooms can be more clean but the staff are great and very lovely”
“I booked this hotel very last minute during a week when Fez was almost fully booked — and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, both by phone and through online platforms. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who spoke with me over the phone — so kind, professional, and truly attentive. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and took great care of my parents.||The rooms are recently renovated, spotless, and beautifully blend modern comfort with the traditional charm of Fez — and the view over the mountains and greenery is simply stunning. Honestly, this hotel far outshines the Zalagh Palace (which is supposed to be 5 stars). There’s no comparison when it comes to hospitality, room quality, or service.||Highly recommended — a real hidden gem where you can stay with peace of mind.”
