“By far, this is my favorite dining spot in the entire city of Fes. You know, you can walk into any restaurant, place an order, chew, and leave. But once in a while, you stumble on a restaurant that feels like home. The kind where your heart eats before your stomach does, and you’d trust every bite, even blindfolded, knowing it’s cooked and carried by hands that care. Maybe that’s why I keep coming back, not just for the delicacies, but for the service and the sense of belonging. The food here can only be rivaled by the Whole Foods in the U.S. (if you know what I mean). Pretty much organic and fresh as dawn, and flavored with the kindness of the staff. It’s here that you meet Soufiane, an effortlessly cool dude whose smile alone can make your day; مريم, the graceful; ملك, the literal angel and genteel; and others whose names I am yet to learn. So grateful for every staff member who keeps making this place magical and every bite memorable. And if you ever find yourself wandering the streets of Fes, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. With that, I’m already craving my salmon salad and gotta be on my way soon…”
