“I absolutely loved spending time at this restaurant, it was so great we went twice. Our waitress Doha was the sweetest🥰 She took her time answering our questions, offered suggestions and came to check on us frequently. The vegetarian pasta was delicious. The falafel wrap and fries were tasty. The falafel was fresh and crispy. I also enjoyed the fries. The vegetable Tangine was also very flavorful, the veggies were so soft and the sauce was delicious with the bread. The mint tea comes in a lovely pot, and is to tasty I ended up getting 2 pots. The local desserts were all good as well and I'm happy I tried them. Please note there are a lot of stairs to walk up to the terrace if you want to enjoy the views. But it's worth it. The bathroom is clean and spacious. You can pay with cash or card. Overall a great experience and I'll be back when in the area.”
Had an amazing solo dinner here! The Seafood Pasta was rich and delicious, and the Gazpacho soup and Moroccan Salad were the perfect fresh starters to balance the meal. Highly recommend trying 'Hawaii' (the local fruit soda) here! Best of all, they accept credit cards, which is rare and super convenient in the Medina. A gem in Fes!
“Friendly service, seriously excellent food. The lamb tagine with prunes is the best lamb I’ve had in a restaurant (not just in Morocco); camel burger was also flavourful and the fries were a nice change. Portions were solid; quality was high; excellent value. Would highly recommend. **They have some blue lighting in the restaurant; I promise the lamb isn’t blue…”
“The food was very good. The location was great, just outside the blue gate Based on a recommendation, I decided to try camel, so my Riad recommended this place. I enjoyed my meal. The service was friendly and efficient. I had the camel brochettes and an avocado and date shake. Both were quite good.”
“This is a cute place recommended by our tour guide. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but we had asked for 30 people but they gave away part of tables needed for our party so we had to wait longer. The food was good specifically Mexican Wrap and Tajine. The reason not 5 stars is because they mixed up orders and then brought out cold food which was upsetting. Also the kids food took forvever to come out. Overall not a bad spot for Moroccon food as well as pasta/ international cuisine.”
“Restaurant tifinart fez" (Fez Medina)" was one of the best restaurants we ate at in Fez – fantastic food, beautiful presentation, excellent service, and very reasonable prices,It was a recommendation from Ayman, the owner of Riad Dar Mansoura. The restaurant spans approximately two floors. We chose the second floor, which was the top floor, as we had a great view of the city, the upper and lower floors feature a wooden ceiling and a glass floor, which is very beautiful. As for the food, everything looked and tasted amazing, the camel meat tagine was the standout dish – undoubtedly the best we ordered, bursting with flavor and incredibly tender, the lamb tagine was also excellent, rich and comforting, we especially loved the chicken meatballs (truly delicious), the kebabs, and the chicken pastilla, which was tender and perfectly seasoned. The service was warm and attentive throughout, and overall, the experience was fantastic in terms of value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Fez Medina – I would definitely return just for the camel meat tagine 😍😍”
