“The food at this restaurant is genuinely very good — shoutout to the chefs, because they clearly know what they’re doing. The place is Bulgarian, and even though I’m not Bulgarian myself, I still go there because the food is worth it. I understand that the restaurant was full and very busy, and the waitresses had a lot of tables to handle. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was sitting at a table right in front of them for about half an hour waiting just to place my order. During that time, they kept taking orders from other tables — even from tables that already had food in front of them and were ordering drinks — while completely ignoring me. It honestly felt like I wasn’t even a customer. I usually come alone, spend around £40 on food and drinks, and I always leave tips. Being ignored like that was very uncomfortable and frustrating. Unfortunately, this was probably the most awkward and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Because of this, I don’t think I will ever come back again. It’s really disappointing.”
