“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with a great view. I especially appreciated the excellent housekeeping and the small details that made my stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect, and the Breakfast Not Bad is Missed lot of choice . I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting fnidaq city and look forward to coming back!””
“A no-nonsense hotel on the border with Sebta.Simple clean small rooms, nice big terrace on ground level with a view on Sebta. Perfect stay for a business trip in the area or à budget family trip. Also, this hotel doesn't escape the elevated rates of high season in the med- area. Finding parking space might be quirky.”
“We have just spent 2 weeks in the Senator, although it is visible that tourism & Hotels took an enormous hit during Covid, therefore it does need a little cosmetic TLC, for a 3 Star it has a great Sun terrace, pool, patrolled parking (£1 a night) & less than 1Km from the Ceuta border (Spanish & ferry to EU). The Staff, particularly the front desk and Restaurant Manager were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value and is perfect as a base when touring the Riff and Med coast.”
“This hotel appears to be in a fairly poor area of Fnideq with a couple of beggers nearby.||We were travelling by motorcycle and took advantage of the secure underground parking. The beautiful pool wasn't heated which made it uncomfortably cool in April. Half the rooms overlook the sea and the other half, the street.||Wefound a lovely resturant only three minutes along the street below the sea facing side of the street. Good evening food and breakfast too.”
“stayed here due to car problems. Location on a steep hill with main road going past to Cueta and busy road infront. After checking in was straight onto Booking.com for a replacement.! ||||||||||One room had curtains in same conditions as lace.. full of holes and only half length of window. Pillows felt like lumps of foam. ||||The other room, had no duvet or towels in the room. The hotel has a a 15 minute guarantee of room service.. what a joke, called down several times and spoke to female receptionist.. complete disinterest. after 20 minutes stropped down clutching the 15 minute guaranteed card.. ha ha ha .. female was rude and set security guard up to see where my duvet and towels were??? I just checked in and stole them???||||||He was confused looked in cupboard and under bed.... and came back up with a blanket, we insisted on duvet and towels.. not unreasonable in a hotel? he suggested we move rooms.. the room we moved to carpet was wet and smelt of damp and sick. Tried to change again.. but large party checking in and impossible to attract any attention.||||||Slept in my clothes and left socks (smelt from walking disgusting carpet) in bathroom. bin. My suitcase smelt of sick for days.||||would have complained to a manager if there was anyone around but the waiter in breakfast room.. he was very obliging and helpful.||||||There were other english guests in the hotel, similar stories about non-functional rooms.||||I have expressed my disgust in the state of the hotel to Ibis..it really was worse hotel I have stayed in.. Ok I;m not a backpacker more of a Sofitel stayer. but there is no excuse for unusable curtains, old crappy pillows, no duvet or towels, and a damp smelly disgusting carpet. the room should have been left unsold until usable.||||||Priced around 50 euros so not dirt cheap either.”
“Super helpful service. The staff speaks English, German and French and is super friendly. They helped us find an insurance for our car and even offered to visit the insurance with us. Highly recommended for a first stop in Morocco.”
