“We got private trip from Marrakech to Ouzoud falls. The driver picked us up from the accommodation in a nice comfortable van. The trip to Ouzoud was nice with stops whenever we needed. At the waterfal we had a coffee while the driver introduced us to our private guide. The driver didn't speak English very well but the guide spoke English at an advanced level, he took us on a short easy hike to see the top of the waterfall then down to the bottom where he waited patiently for us to take pictures, to have lunch and rest. We had a boat trip included but unfortunately it didn't happened and no one brought up the subject. The lunch was great and after that we took another route up to where we started where our driver was waiting for us. The trip back to our hotel was good. We paid 160 euros for the whole trip for 2 people, (including the boat trip wich didn't happened - it was raining so we we're somewhat expecting for it to be cancelled). Advise for the agency, I recommend explaining to the customers why certain parts have to be skipped. It was obvious why the boat trip cannot happen but as a courtesy to the customer, you can bring up the subject and explain as some might not be as intuitive as us and take it as bad intention. All in all it was a good trip. Five stars and I recommend this agency to anyone looking for a good experience.”

The dinner was good and the show as well. But the people at the agency disappeared when we tried to ask some explanations. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS AGENGY”
