“I recently visited Café de France in Marrakech and had a pretty enjoyable experience overall. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to sit back, relax, and take in the atmosphere of the city. The café has a classic charm and a lively vibe that makes it a great place to stop during a busy day exploring Marrakech. I ordered the omelet along with a fresh orange juice. The omelet was decent — not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. It was cooked well enough, but I felt it could have used a bit more flavor or seasoning. Still, it was satisfying for a light breakfast or brunch. What really stood out was the fresh orange juice. It was absolutely amazing — incredibly fresh, sweet, and refreshing. You can really taste the quality of the oranges, and it honestly made the whole visit worth it. Easily one of the best fresh juices I’ve had in Marrakech. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I’d definitely come back again, mainly for the juice and the relaxing ambiance. Worth visiting if you’re in the area.”
“Worst service in town. First we saw a menu that looked gopd, went up to the rooftop terrace, only to hear that they have a different menu up there. We didnt like the options so went bacl down. The ground floor is not very nice compared to the rooftop. The service was bad, the bill was wrong. We got a handwritten bill with different figures than on the menu. Very rude and impolite. Would not recommend going here.”
“After a morning’s walking tour we decided to head up to the terrace for a refreshing drink. The views are about as spectacular as it gets in Marrakesh. Service was great too but a shame that they wanted to charge us to use their toilets.”
“Food: Had to get the omelette fromage (cheese) off the bill because I cant believe they would serve it with large dust particles on the food and hair. My pain au chocolat only had a lick or smudge of chocolate in it. When I brought the issue to the server he implied this is what I ordered. Service: when eventually served, the server is working on his own on about 3 floors. To justify the lack of chcolate in the pain au chocolat was a nono. The only good thing in the whole experience was the view of the market square and the tasty coffee creme I had.”
“Nice place to sit on the terrace and watch the world go by with a cup of coffee. It can feel a bit hectic being right in front of a busy square, with people coming by to sell goods and vendors shouting from the juice stands, but that’s all part of the lively Marrakech atmosphere.”
“Real good and very affordable. The tea is always good and the coffee was great. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Just GO.”
