“We had a wonderful stay as the Lester family of four (two teenagers). Hamza, the receptionist, was very welcoming and well-spoken when making reservation. When asked by my daughter, he kindly and proudly shared his knowledge of the beautiful Moroccan artifacts displayed in the lobby, which we really appreciated. Mustafa at reception was also very helpful. Breakfast was amazing—rich, generous, and served from 8:00 to 10:30. The rooftop is a great space to relax, have a drink, and dine. The hammam spa experience with Amina, along with the massage from Noura, was a real treat for all of us. The hotel’s décor is stunning throughout, and cooling off in the authentic courtyard pool is definitely worth mentioning.”
“Absolutely fantastic staff. The hotel is nice with clean an inviting public areas and a cafe bar where a plentiful breakfast is served. |Everywhere was clean and tidy but the room we were in could do with singer improvement. The bed area was fine but the bathroom was very tired, with poor decoration. However, again, cleanliness was not a problem. |There’s a nice rooftop terrace serving a somewhat restricted menu. The food is acceptable but will not win any awards. |We didn’t use the pool area and whilst the pool is small the area is very inviting and looks like a great place to relax, if that’s your thing.|Basically a nice hotel needing some TLC to at least our bathroom.”
“It is my home away from home ❤️❤️❤️warm hospitality, very good and very safe location i will definitely choose it over brand or 5 dtars hotel. And will stay again.”
“My husband and I come to this hotel several times a year for a number of reasons. First, there is the location: the hotel is situated in one of Marrakech's finest neighborhoods, close to the train and bus stations, as well as various restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers. You can easily get to Jemaa el-Fnaa Square and the old medina on foot or by taking an inexpensive taxi. The rooms are very clean . The staff are also very helpful and kind—especially Ms. Zineb at the reception. As for dining, the breakfast is excellent, and the food is very good.”
“I stayed there for three day and this hotel is offer good price. The room is spacious, swimming pool is small but good enough, beauty rooftop view of the city, regarding the breakfast there are several option of bread, soup saute vegetables, local sausages and eeg with jus and coffee. Overall the hotel is recommended to stay. but i have suggestion to the hotel provider: since marrakech tap water is not drinkable, it would be nice and helpfull to the guest if the hotel give 2 small bottle of water everyday when the cleaner clean the room because we only get it on the first day. Thank you.”
“We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are perfectly functional and beds comfortable. Everything is clean and the staff friendly and polite. The pool is nice to look at but too small to justify the effort of getting in to. Breakfast is ok.. lots of bready/cakey type things but the one thing I really missed was fresh orange juice. They have lemon and beetroot (don't mistake it for a berry type juice!) but no orange.. However, for the price we paid (£160/3nts) you really can't fault it. When we were booking, it was at the budget end of options and I would say it's great value. Walking distance to a mall with some western eateries...”
