“My wife and I had a flawless week-long stay here in early April. The location is unbeatable for exploring Marrakech, and the hotel is incredibly clean. We also loved the attached restaurant—the food was fantastic! What really makes this place 5-star is the staff. Huge thanks to Manal, Salima, Abderahmane, Oussama, Said, Mohammed, Amine, and Hamane. Their service was superb, and they were all so friendly and helpful. Best hospitality in the city!”

“It was a lovely hotel. The staff were excellent and they really looked after us. My husband organised a surprise birthday treat and Usama and his team went out of their way to make it possible. It was so memorable. The rooms were always clean and the hotel always smelt so fresh. Breakfast was great. And the restaurant staff Amine, Ahmad and Mustafa really looked after us. On the day of our checkout, the flight was late but the lady in charge was very kind and accommodating and allowed us to complete our prayers before checking out despite the checkout time had run out. We stayed for five nights and if we came back to Marrakesh we would love to come back here.”

“After experiencing a traditional riad, we booked Ari Boutique Hotel for a different stay. The service was fine, though it did not feel as warm or personal as the riad we had just left. The team did accommodate us by storing our luggage, which we appreciated. We reserved a suite, and initially there seemed to be some confusion with our booking, as we were listed for a standard room. However, the issue was resolved without difficulty. The suite itself was spacious, very clean, and comfortable for two people. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of Moroccan-style options. For international travelers, adding an omelet station could enhance the experience. There was plenty of food available, though we personally did not eat much. The location is a strong advantage, just a short walk to the city center. There appears to be a club across the street, but due to Ramadan it was not operating during our stay. Overall, I would consider staying again for the space, cleanliness, and convenient location.”

“The restaurant attached next door to the hotel served an excellent variety of breakfast menu and offer other cooked options, such as omelette. People not staying at the hotel also came in for breakfast. I was very impressed with the Manager of the Restaurant who was very attentive and helpfull and gave a 5 star hotel service he also ensure the staff also gave attentive service. Both the restaurant manager and the night reception had excellent communication skill in English I had booked for a 4 night stay as location was central to the train and airport.”

“Ari Boutique was a great stay, the cleaning staff was amazing, and the front end staff was very helpful in providing tips for travelling, securing taxis and all around ensuring that the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a vast selection of things to eat, ranging from traditional Moroccan breads, spreads and dishes, to custom omelettes that could be ordered. Coffee was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Manal, the front end director, was extremely helpful, as was Amine from the restaurant. Both ensured that our stay was the best it could have been!”
