“Zizo and Ahmed are the best. I want to mentioned the good service in the restaurant buffet, snack bar, à la carte restaurant and lobby bar, high standards. Tables are always clean even in the busiest times. Good food, wonderful staff always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast is excellent, they have 3 coffee machines with high quality of coffee beans. The service in Buffet in the evening is the best. Thanks to Achraf and zina in the evening super helpful.”

“My recent second stay at Be live Marrakech was nothing short of spectacular, made truly memorable by the warmth and dedication of the entire team. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the hospitality was flawless. ​A special thanks goes to Abdellah, the Front Office Manager, for his seamless organization, professional guidance, and welcoming demeanor right from check-in. I also deeply appreciated Fatima Zahra from Public Relations for her continuous support and for ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. “Best stay ever, Zizo, Ahamd, Sharaf and zines are the best. Also excellent service in the restaurant buffet in the evening. They are doing their best to make you happy and always making sure you glasses never empty, as well as in the lobby bar. Great food in a lactate restaurant and buffet as well. “We had a great holiday at Be live Collection. Special thanks to all the staff, including Zizo and Ahmed in the lobby bar for their amazing hospitality service. All of the entertainment staff. The great evening service in the buffet in the evening with efficient service and clearance of tables thanks to Zineb and Ashraf. I would recommend the fresh food with much variety each day. Would highly recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness and atmosphere.”

“Staff here are really friendly and welcoming, especially the animation team around the pool. Aziz in particular was super personable and friendly, and another activity team member, Oussama, was also really great. The restaurant service was also excellent. Both the chefs and waiters were always accommodating and attentive. Annoyingly, I can’t remember the names of two waiters who really went above and beyond for us, even remembering our drinks orders after just one sitting. Both worked in the outdoor dining area, one at lunch (the waiter wearing the Gucci belt!) and one at dinner. The sports bar staff member (again, sorry I can’t remember his name!) was also incredibly friendly and hospitable. There are so many great facilities here, especially the two pools. It’s nice being able to choose between a fun atmosphere or a more relaxing pool, which is something I haven’t experienced before at an adults-only resort. Another shoutout to the reception and door staff for making such a great first impression from the moment we arrived. The drinks were great too, properly sized glasses unlike some all-inclusive resorts! The free shuttle bus is also a really useful bonus. Thank you all for such a great stay.
