From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality by the front desk staff and the entire team, who consistently went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was a pleasure, and the restaurant staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and serving guests with warm smiles and a positive attitude. The pool area was one of the highlights of the resort. There were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. The poolside open bar was fantastic, offering unlimited refreshing drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, making every moment even more enjoyable. The entertainment continued into the evening with great music, a vibrant dance floor, and an incredible atmosphere that brought guests together for memorable nights filled with fun and laughter. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of outstanding service, excellent food, great entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a truly unforgettable vacation. “Had an amazing 11 nights stay. We've been all over the world, and the food in the buffet restaurant is up there with the best in terms of choice and quality. +Amazing food +Zachariah at Zen adult pool bar and Mohammad at the Arganier bar both brilliant, thank you! + All staff are polite and so helpful. +Really clean, staff do not stop cleaning +Towels and bed sheets changed every day. - Air-conditioning doesnt work if key not in room. - More extensive drinks menu. Thanks for an amazing 11 days we will be back.”

“I adore this resort for a family holiday. From the moment you check in, with a cool glass of lemonade and a seat in the lounge rather than having to queue, it’s magical. Three pools for different vibes, expansive grounds and lots of sports activities, a great hammam spa and delicious all-inclusive food featuring lots of fish and seafood, plus inventive salads. It is also spotlessly clean, the staff work tirelessly to maintain a very high standard daily. Rooms are well maintained with all towels changed daily, a bar fridge is available and reliable A/C. The entertainment programme is also great, you’ll never get bored. And there is a free shuttle into the medina if you want to explore the city souks. The standard of hospitality is so high here, it’s my favourite place to stay, can’t wait to return.”
