“We had an amazing experience at Be Live! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. The entertainment was fantastic every day and every evening, with plenty of fun activities and great shows that kept everyone engaged. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who were energetic, friendly, and worked incredibly hard to make every guest feel included. They truly made our holiday unforgettable. The bar staff were also outstanding—always cheerful, attentive, and serving excellent cocktails with a smile. The drinks were delicious, and the service was consistently top-notch. Overall, Be Live exceeded our expectations. Great entertainment, amazing cocktails, and a wonderful team of staff made this a holiday to remember. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!”

“I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marrakesh. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with authentic Moroccan décor and excellent attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entertainers staff was fantastic, special mention to Mimi ! What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was also excellent, especially the traditional Moroccan breakfast and fresh mint tea. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions while still feeling peaceful and quiet. After busy days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to come back and unwind. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and made my trip to Marrakesh unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and would definitely stay here again.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at Be Live Experience Marrakech and unfortunately would not choose to stay here again. The biggest issue was the pool area. The pool is far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel, so it was constantly overcrowded. There are also nowhere near enough sunbeds, meaning unless you get there very early, you have little chance of finding somewhere to relax. The bar service was another major let-down. There are not enough bar staff to cope with the number of guests, which results in long queues, and I found several members of the bar team to be rude and unfriendly. The food was also very disappointing. The selection was limited and became repetitive very quickly. On one morning, there were still around 30 minutes left of the breakfast service, yet several items had already run out. When I asked if they would be replenished, I was told no, despite breakfast still being open. That is simply not the level of service I expect from an all-inclusive hotel. I was also disappointed that the hotel did not appear to enforce a clear swimwear policy in the pool. Personally, I would prefer all guests to wear appropriate swimming attire for hygiene and comfort. Overall, I left feeling very unhappy with my stay. Between the overcrowded facilities, lack of sunbeds, poor food selection, disappointing service, and the hotel's overall management of guest facilities, I do not feel this hotel offers good value for money and would not recommend it.”

“Great for kids, rooms was very good. The entertainment staff makes an amazing work (specially with kids). Only downside was that the logistics of cleaning up of the room were always a bit messy. Cleaning ladies would enter the room (even if you tell them to not to) at around 9 am to pick up dirty towels (even if the towels were not dirty at all). The cleaning of the room was always done at random schedules (we have two kids that always nap after lunch and sometimes they would knock to clean at that time) and we never had enough bath towels having to ask for 2 extra at the reception. But overall the experience was pleasant and restful. Reception staff extremely helpful and professional.”
