“A lovely hotel! Not far from airport, do need taxis to get into town however it’s very affordable to do so! Really friendly staff! Definitely would come back”

“This hotel has been a deeply disappointing experience. There are no basic amenities such as a phone, napkins, or proper shower towels. The staff shows little respect or willingness to take responsibility for anything. The Wi‑Fi barely works, the breakfast is very poor, and even the coffee cups are dirty. The rooms don’t have enough blankets, there’s no temperature control so it’s either freezing or unbearably hot, and the staircase has no lighting. The elevator feels unsafe, and the doors don’t even have proper sensors. We truly feel that we wasted our money — it doesn’t meet the standards of what should be called a hotel.”

“this hotel cannot be advertised as all inclusive the drinks are very limited ran out of alcohol 2 days out of 5 that we was there, food is very limited if you’re a picky eater i wouldn’t reccomend, the rooms are filthy and i mean filthy, the cleaners would just let themselves in without knocking even when was asleep knocking at 8am unfortunately our stay was not a brilliant experience, and we will not be returning back we was more excited to come home than enjoy the rest of the holiday”
