“An absolute dream of a hotel that made us feel like we discovered an oasis in the centre of chaos. Lush grounds and opulent facilities, and the breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were spacious and we really appreciated terraces overlooking the pool. We also had lunches and dinners here and it’d be a great meal experience for those who don’t stay at the hotel but want to experience its grounds. Management pays a lot of attention to every detail, from smells to little compliments, and the spa was incredibly relaxing.”

“An amazing stay! We spent 3 night there early June and everything was perfect. Well located, it is the right balance between a riad, but with space, outside garden and beautiful pool. We stayed in a suite which was just perfect. Beautifully décorateur, a bathroom with 2 showers and a balcony. Breakfast by the pool or in the garden was lush, and dinner was also high quality, beautifully executed and delivered. I cannot recommend this place enough and will certainly go back there during a stay î Marrakech. I will finish with the service: spotless from start to finish. This place is a gem.”

“Great hotel in a lovely quiet place of town. Rooms are large and comfortable, however, they could use a coat of paint. In general the common areas and the service is on point. The restaurant area has a really nice vibe and the staff are friendly and helpful. Authentic and quiet, I would visit again.”

The hotel, a former villa, has a charming character, featuring a wonderful garden and many intricate, thoughtfully chosen pieces of furniture and decoration. The staff was consistently kind, helpful, and efficient, while also respecting our privacy, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel is located in a pleasant part of the city, slightly removed from the bustle of the Medina. As a result, taxis are typically needed to reach the main attractions, and the hotel is more than happy to arrange them.”

“Beautiful hotel, but unfortunately the customer service was extremely disappointing. I accidentally booked the wrong dates due to a booking error and noticed it immediately. Within seconds of making the reservation, I contacted Booking.com and requested a cancellation. Both Booking.com and the hotel acknowledged that it was a genuine mistake and that I had reached out right away. Also, I am pregnant and in no way able to go on the booked dates… Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility, goodwill gesture, alternative solution, credit, partial refund, or any attempt to help. The reservation is still months away, yet there was absolutely no willingness to think along with the customer. For a luxury hotel, I expected a much higher level of hospitality and customer care. Mistakes happen, but how a hotel chooses to handle them says a lot about its service. The property may be beautiful, but based on my experience, the customer service falls far below what I would expect from a hotel in this category.”
