“Other than the location being great! I was really disheartened and disappointed with this hotel! I really truly thought I'd be staying in a nice room, however, as soon as we entered there were 2 moths flying around!! The carpet was do dirty, I can't even begin to tell you how dirty it was. Big brown stains on a navy blue carpet. Bedding was not changed everyday as was claimed on the sign in the room. The towels were replaced everyday, however sometimes they'd have a stench to them. Not much variety for breakfast. Not everyone can have sweet for breakfast. No much atmosphere or welcome from staff, which can be off-putting. The hotel outside, lobby and pool looked fantastic! However, the rooms felt like they haven't been updated since the early 2000s.”

“So definitely not a 5-star hotel. The pool is nice, service is very poor. Location is acceptable. For the same amount of money you can probably get something better, or splurge a little bit. Vibe is very dead. Mostly people who come through travel packages.”

“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.||​The Rooms||The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Featuring clean, functional bathroom facilities. Depending on your room, you will have a view overlooking either the pool or the main street. While the corridors are starting to look a bit outdated, they remain spotless.||​Dining & Drinks||The breakfast selection is good, and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. A special mention goes to their mocktails—they are a must-try! I highly recommend the Marrakech Madena; they are all made with fresh fruit and contain no added sugar.||​Location||The location is brilliant. It is only a 9-minute walk to Menara Mall and just a short taxi ride away from the medina. Additionally, there is a fantastic dessert spot right next to the hotel.||​I had such a great experience that I would definitely return!”

“The lobby, communal areas, pool, breakfast were all great. The room was large and clean. What really let this hotel down was that the communication and service (other than breakfast) left a lot to be desired. The corridors were extremely tired as was the dining room. It could definitely do with lots of tlc - they certainly have not heard of health and safety but that is true for our whole Moroccan experience.”

“Nice hotel but definitely not 5 star. Only table on balcony and no chairs. 2 small coffee cups in room 1 with big chip out of it ..they washed same cup and left it same next same e days instead of changing it . I wouldn't have booked if I knew they didn't have a bar ..its non alcohol hotel anywhere .”

“The room we stayed was clean, with very comfortable mattresses. It was dated and not worth 5 * but anyway we had great stay. Excellent breakfast,nice staff. Good value for money. I loved the pool area. So chill. Also the Music they played by the pool was great. I would happily return.”
