“An unforgettable stay! Amazing service and honeymoon surprise. ​We stayed here for one night during our 2-day trip to Marrakech from Agadir, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly professional and kind. ​We had a bit of a crisis as we realized we had forgotten our passports, but the hotel staff handled the situation very wisely and helped us resolve it smoothly. On top of that, when they found out we were a honeymoon couple, they surprised us with a generous upgrade to a Suite Room! The suite was massive and absolutely beautiful. ​We also ordered Moroccan wine through room service, and the server was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was also decent and satisfying. We were torn between staying at a traditional Riad or this hotel, but we have zero regrets—it was the perfect choice. Our 1-night stay was flawless. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech!”

“I had a wonderful experience at Grand Plaza Marrakech Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I would honestly rate the cleanliness 10/10. Every area of the hotel, including the rooms and common spaces, was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options available every morning. It was one of the highlights of my stay. I also spent time at the pool, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The pool area was well organized and added to the overall comfort of the hotel. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend Grand Plaza Marrakech Hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech. The excellent service, amazing breakfast, perfect cleanliness, and great facilities made it a truly memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Let’s start with the positives. The service in the restaurant was good and the room was clean. The pool service in the afternoon was ok.|Now after these highlights it has been all downhill. Our room was on the outside of the hotel facing the station - to say it is noisy is an understatement. Constant horns from cars and general excessive traffic noise made it hell. Effective sound insulation and double glazing is needed. |The choice of food in the self-serve restaurant was limited, but of ok quality, no more than that. |After dinner we sat by the pool and tried to order some drinks. It took 35 minutes to be approached by a waiter, despite constant acknowledgments, and then after a further 5 mins half our order arrived. It then took 10 more mins for the rest of the order to be delivered. Some ladies at the table near us were still waiting after getting the drinks menu 30mins earlier. At this point we paid and left.|If you have to say in this hotel make sure you have an inner room. But better still, do yourself a favour and avoid if you can.”

“We stayed there for one night because of its proximity to the airport and we must catch an early flight next morning. Thought it was just a hotel offering convenience but it is far more than that. It has all the facilities that guests can enjoy a holiday or a leisure break there, e.g. a very clean, comfortable and big room; the balcony is big enough for two chairs and a table where guests can enjoy the view of garden and the lovely swimming pool; a bar of vibe. Did appreciate the restaurant staffers' hospitality. Its breakfast starts from 6:30am so provides much convenience to guests like us who need to fly out in early morning.”

“​Location-wise, this hotel is absolutely perfect! Gueliz Market and Menara Mall are just a short walking distance away, so there are zero transportation constraints. It is also right next to the railway station and the central square, though this does make it a bit noisy at times. ​The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was a major highlight—so many varieties and options to choose from! The swimming pool area is quite large, and the overall service is excellent and highly commendable. ​The only minor downside is that the hotel feels a bit dated and isn't very high-tech. The doors are old, the latches are a bit loose, and there was a little bit of mold in a few spots. However, it’s completely manageable and didn't spoil our stay. Overall, a fantastic and grand hotel!”

“Great hotel. Excellent friendly staff. Rooms excellent (although can be noisy if facing the main road). Facilities are good. Breakfasts are wonderful.Evening meals are a buffet with a good selection. Pool is great with gym facilities available if required. Overall a great hotel ideally located.”
