“Located just outside of Marrakech, this hotel offers a calm and relaxing environment where you can truly breathe. The property is surrounded by walls, providing a sense of privacy, and features a lush green garden that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that the place is not properly maintained. A full refresh is needed, especially considering it is marketed as a 5-star hotel with a high nightly rate. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Our room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. A smart TV was available, which was a plus, and water bottles were provided free of charge. The dates, however, were not complimentary. On the downside, there were no USB ports, and several power outlets were broken. There are two swimming pools—one cold and one heated—which is a nice feature. Unfortunately, the service around the pool was disappointing. The staff seemed disengaged; we had to call them multiple times just to get a menu, and even then, it took about 10 minutes (which I timed) to receive it. Overall, the staff presence around the pool was lacking. Additionally, the sunbeds and cushions were dirty, and many parasols were broken. The prices at the pool bar were very high for what was offered. For example, a Caesar salad cost 230 dirhams but came in a very small portion, and a Coke was 80 dirhams—quite excessive for a poolside setting. The staff also tried to sell us a day pass, even though we had already informed them several times that we were staying overnight. The gym was also in poor condition: dirty, with no air conditioning, dust everywhere, leaves inside, and even rust on the weights. It clearly was not being maintained. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment.”

“What a terrible experience! We wanted to go swimming, but as soon as they saw a woman wearing a hijab, they immediately told us that burkinis were not allowed. This felt very discriminatory and disrespectful. Have you forgotten that this is a Muslim country? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be treated with respect and dignity.”

“We travelled in the 3rd week of November, it was a birthday trip and stayed in the suit for about 4 nights. Amazing service all throughout the entire stay & the room was absolutely stunning. They even threw a birthday special for me with a decorated room & cake upon order, so sweet! Aside from the couple power cuts, it was a great stay! Defo recommend”
