“Avoid at all costs – Unhygienic and unprofessional We booked a 4-night stay at Riad Mabrouk but had such a miserable experience that we checked out after only one night. This place is far from the "oasis" it claims to be. Cleanliness: Our first room was unacceptable, featuring stained sheets and a foul-smelling bathroom. After complaining, we were moved to a second room that was even worse—no windows, visible mildew in the bathroom, and I even found a stray hair on my pillow. Staff Attitude: When we brought these issues to the staff's attention, we were met with total indifference. We were told, "It is what it is," which is unacceptable for any hospitality business. The front desk was consistently unattended and unhelpful. Facilities: The riad is currently in the middle of construction, making it noisy and chaotic. Atmosphere: It speaks volumes that during breakfast, the only topic of conversation among the other guests was how lousy the riad was. Do yourself a favor and look for a classier, cleaner place in Marrakech. This was a complete disappointment and a waste of money.”

“Very nice hotel looks like it was just renovated very modern and updated. It’s is 2min walk from the riad to the souks and there is plenty of stuff steps from the hotel doors. The Staff is very friendly and the roof top restaurant is fantastic, overall great stay!”

“The hotel is in an excellent location and features an incredible rooftop restaurant with great views. However, despite the name, it doesn't truly feel like a traditional Riad; it has more of a standard hotel atmosphere. The staff is professional and the place is very clean, but it lacks that authentic Riad "magic" you might expect when booking.”

“Beautiful riad, even with some construction ongoing, room was lovely, good air con, towels changed daily, lack of coat hangers but I'm sure more would be provided if asked. Our original hotel got changed for this one by holiday company and we got breakfast included with this upgrade. Very pleased. Complimentary mint tea on arrival while we waited for check in.”
