“Samir, Soulane, Mustapha, and Jaafar made us stay extra pleasant. This city was amazing, and I'm glad that I chose this riad. They help us a lot, they were very extra nice with my family and me, it was a great time. This gentleman's help us with everything that we need. If I come back to Marrakesh, I will definitely stay here again. Excelent Staff !!!!”
“Our massage experience was far from what we expected. When we entered we were told to just get naked and put on panties, which was fine, we were not given any robes or towels or directions on what to do next, we stood naked in a small room waiting for their return which we had to then open the terrace door and tell them okay we are ready. Then we were put into the sauna and washed down. After we were told to relax in the sauna and all we could hear was laughter and talking that did not allow us to relax at all. When we were finished with the “sauna” we were told to step into the massage room where two tables were set up so tightly we were barely able to exit the sauna. Once we laid on the tables the space was so cramped we were constantly being bumped and moved during our massage. When we were being massaged one masseuse made an out going phone call which we both heard the outgoing call sound. This happened twice. A few minutes after we heard the outgoing call being made we heard a male voice on a phone call while we were being massaged, and to mention while we heard that outgoing phone call being made, only one hand was being used for the massage. So it was very obvious the other hand was occupied with the phone. We both felt as if we were either being recorded or we were being showed on FaceTime. We cannot confirm as we were face down and too uncomfortable to look to see what was going on. But regardless of what was going on there should never being phone calls being made during a massage or a phone present. The door to the terrace was also open during the duration of our massage when we were naked and very exposed to the public view. The whole experience left us feeling very violated, uneasy and uncomfortable. That should have been an experience where we left feeling relaxed, but we ended up leaving feeling very uncomfortable and unable to look at anybody that worked here.”
“I am finding this difficult to write as we usually stay in 4/5 star hotel and we have never stayed in a 3 star.|The reason we picked this riad was the high score on Booking.com, but if you are used to 3* maybe that’s why the scores are high. A couple of families I spoke to said that they came last year and really enjoyed themselves and that’s why they chose to book again.|I will write this on the 3* hotel.|The walk to the hotel wasn’t the impression you wanted, you went down a couple of alleys one having scaffolding holding everything above up. So not impressed with that and when we got into our room it was very small and bedding, towels etc weren’t any better, but they were clean. The rooms were also spotless The showers were adequate |So we put up with our 3 night break and a good job we did as the staff were exceptionally good couldn’t do enough for you|The position of the hotel is very close to the square market and souks”
“Such a beautiful Riad inside the Medina! First of all the Staff is amazing! Suleiman was very helpful and the entire stay we got good hospitality! The courtyard is super instagrammable. Its great value for money! The rooms are a bit small though but definetly manaegable! I highly recommend this stay. The location is great and walkable to every touristy spot!”
“The riad is a short walk from the vehicular access, along a narrow street. Once inside, it's very quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle & bustle of the city. It smells divine everywhere thanks to oil burners discreetly placed! We were served a lovely mint tea and sweet treats on arrival. The rooms are quite small & simply furnished, and thoroughly clean. The staff are exceptional, helpful and immensely friendly. Breakfast is a veritable feast, all freshly prepared and served with a lovely smile. Most obvious attractions within the city are a level walking distance from here. It's quite difficult to find your way back after dark, and if you have any noisy fellow guests then noise does carry through the building. In general though, recommended as a great place to stay in Marrakesh.”
“Great Riad experience. Extremely helpful staff, gave us a map of the Medina and pointed out all the must see locations. Tried the Hammam here too and it was great. Would definitely recommend this place.”
