“Misleading promotions. The store advertises promotions online and in magazines. The promotion was posted online 2–3 days before our visit and was still visible when we were in the store. The same promotion was also advertised in a magazine that had been given to us just one day earlier. Despite this, staff told us the promotion had already finished, even though the advertised furniture was still available in the store. This wasted our time and seriously damaged our trust. Promotions should be removed or clearly updated once they are no longer valid.”
