“Crepes with Nutella often disappoint me but this one didn't!! Orange juice was sweet and fresh, view is nice. Server was nice. Only downside is that they handed me the bill cause it was getting more crowded and they wanted to make space for dinner. I understand that, but they didn't ask if I wanted to order anything else before giving me the bill. That felt a bit unwelcome.”

“Rude Staff, Unprofessional Behaviour, and Harassment❌‼️‼️❌ We arrived about 10 minutes before the time to break fast. The waiter who showed us to the terrace suggested that since it was close to that time, we should allow them to prepare and have some Moroccan tea while we waited. We agreed, as we were not in a rush. After sitting there for about 30 minutes, another waiter approached us in a very aggressive and rude manner, shouting that we needed to order immediately. He claimed that three people had already come upstairs to take our order and that we had refused. We were completely confused by this accusation, as no one had come to take our order during the entire time we were seated. To clarify: 1. No one came to take our order during those 30 minutes. 2. We were still drinking the tea — which, unfortunately, was not good at all. We tried to calmly explain the situation, but he was judgmental, impatient, and unwilling to listen. His tone and behaviour felt harassing and extremely unprofessional. Due to this experience, we decided to leave. Based on the poor service and disrespectful treatment, we would definitely not recommend this place.”

“Went here for a quick dessert and coffee. The owner was warm and welcoming and directed us to the roof top. The waiter who served us was friendly and service was quick. Overall a good experience though the waiter strangely asked him to tip him at the top instead at the billing place on the ground floor.”
