“This is a must stop place. The food is fantastic the drinks are amazing and the service is top notch.”

“They did not refund the money and didn’t even apologize for the unfairly issued bill! When booking the hotel, we ordered a half-board meal plan — breakfast and dinner. When we checked in, the reception staff explained that there are two restaurants on the hotel premises, one of which is DAHBI. We went there for our first dinner, had our meal, and then were brought a bill for 1120 dirhams. During the dinner, the restaurant manager occasionally came to our table and said that we supposedly did not have half-board, even though they were serving us exactly from the limited half-board menu. In the end, my husband had to go to the hotel reception to sort out the situation, leaving me in the restaurant as a kind of guarantee. People around us could hear the entire discussion and were openly staring at us. Eventually, the restaurant asked us to pay the bill, which we did. The next day, at the hotel reception, they confirmed that we actually did have half-board (???) and said they would supposedly arrange a refund. As a result, our evening during our vacation was completely ruined. After that, we had to keep going back and asking them to resolve the issue, again wasting our vacation time dealing with this situation. Neither the hotel nor the restaurant even apologized for the humiliation they caused us. We still haven’t received the refund. On the day of check-out, we spent another 1.5 hours trying to find out what was happening with the refund, and were told that it was supposedly still under review by their finance department.”

Une expérience à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte. C'est la nouvelle pépite de la ville !”
