“A little eatery hidden in a small alley. Nothing fancy, but authentic local food. There are a few tables, where you can eat your tajine. The small ones are 40, the bigger ones 50 Dirhams and we also got a tea to the food. Western people should know about the cilantro/coriander in the dishes!”

You can hear the coals cracking as the guy cooks at the same time like 30 of them! No glamour, original stuff here. Gave him 50 and he was going to give me change as well. Big up the tradition.
