“Authentic Tajin in a random alleyway — just go here and escape the buzz 👌 Beef or chicken, helps if u know a few words French 🙏”
“Very cool place with authentic food. They’ve only got tajine but when the locals only make one dish they’re great at, it’s unbelievable. Highly recommend”
“Sought this place out after reading the 1 review from a year ago. We arrived yesterday evening and they were already cleaning up so we tried again today. They open from 10am - 3pm only so make sure you don't miss it. The food was excellent, portion was huge and the bread was fresh. all this for only 60dh! Definitely recommend this place as we only saw locals eating in the cramped alleyway.”
“We also saw the comments and decided to have a look. It was the best Tagine we eat. It’s a local restaurant on a small alley. Don’t be afraid to go there and try it, you wont regret it.”
“A little eatery hidden in a small alley. Nothing fancy, but authentic local food. There are a few tables, where you can eat your tajine. The small ones are 40, the bigger ones 50 Dirhams and we also got a tea to the food. Western people should know about the cilantro/coriander in the dishes!”
“We found this place by recommendation from a local. We were blown away. After having many other Tajines in Marrakech, we can say this is by far the best one we had. We will definitely come back!!”
“Down in the alley next to Tangia Restaurant exists this jewel of Berber cuisine. The original Tagine place that all the locals eat. You can hear the coals cracking as the guy cooks at the same time like 30 of them! No glamour, original stuff here. Gave him 50 and he was going to give me change as well. Big up the tradition. Notis VAGIA HOTEL”
“Tricky to find, but it's worth it :) very simple menu, makes it easy to choose”
