“Great spot with a gorgeous balcony for enjoying the mountain views. We stayed on our bikepacking trip through Morocco and had a wonderful time! The host was even kind enough to update us on road conditions for the next part of our route. Very kind family, would recommend staying to anyone passing through!”

“We can’t really leave a review for the accommodation since we drove past without stopping. Children along the road were aggressively begging and nearly threw themselves in front of our car. As the accommodation is located in the middle of the village, where begging is very bad, we didn’t feel safe at all. The children even hit our car’s side mirror and we were afraid they might throw stones at us. We would have loved to stay, but the location feels very unsafe. If there’s any way to donate toward a school bus or a children’s program in the area, we’d appreciate a tip on how to do so. Otherwise, we’d recommend avoiding this road. This review also refers to the surrounding villages in general. We apologize for leaving this comment here, but we don’t know where else to raise this concern.”

“I was staying at this auberge during my bicycle ride through the Atlas. Everything was magnificent. I got a nice room, a warm shower and a very tasty dinner and breakfast. The host provided me even with a packed lunch for my next day of cycling. I could store my bicycle in a locked garage. The location is wonderful, a nice small village in the middle of High Atlas. I arrived at the hotel at 17:00 without pre-booking, but that can vary depending on the season.”

“Assou and his family are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at their home, everything was clean and comfortable. They prepared a delicious vegetarian dinner for us and the breakfast was also very tasty and gave us enough energy for the next biking day. Highly recommend this place, you will feel like home!”
