The service was mediocre, but tonight, I was welcomed by a lovely young lady called *Meryem*....what a lovely service, she was full of smile, I could not ask for more. “The hotel staff offered some of the warmest and most attentive service we’ve ever experienced. The people here are simply amazing! My parents and I felt like we were treated as royalty throughout our stay. We were even offered free breakfast, even though it wasn’t included in our booking. On top of that, I got an upgrade I had already paid for, and the next day they kindly refunded me the money. From the reception to the bar and management, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. It truly felt like home away from home!”

“I can't begin to describe how AMAZING this hotel is!! We were first welcomed by this very nice receptionist, Rim, who has a warm smile on her face. She is so helpful and kind. She provided us with assistance on all of our requests. ❤️ When we went into the room, it was so clean and it provided toiletries. The room was cleaned every day. Whenever we came back to the room, we had a refreshing smell there. The restaurant staff are also really KIND. The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is next to many attractions. I will definitely go back to this hotel next time ☺️ and I highly recommend everyone to come visit.”

“Dirty hotel! No warm water, filthy floor, dirty sheets on the bed... Don't book here! Pretty sure they write their own 5-star reviews! You feel dirty just by sleeping here... Can not believe where they got their 4 stars! Not even a 1 star hotel! For this price for 1 stinking night we booked an amazing riad in Rabat for two nights....”

“Dirty hotel. The runners and the rooms. Only the lobby and reception area is well cared for. the elevator smells like smoke. The room was full of hair and with used sheets. They changed at our request but the rooms replaced, both of which were full of hair. beds are soft but the room is dusty, not crowded with a view to a dump. normal television with no Netflix or internet options, not even for a fee. in the bathroom in each room (we were 5 for 2 rooms) there was 1 large towel, after our request 2 more small towels were provided in 40 minutes. The breakfast is only salty, without sparkling water and espresso. The waitress said the water is espresso only as an extra. and not available even paying. the rude and arrogant waitress, courteous reception staff also conserge personable and helpful. absolutely absurd price ratio not recommended.”
