“had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The environment is calm, clean, and well-organized, which immediately creates a relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was fast and handled in a very professional manner. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was properly cleaned and well-maintained. The furniture was modern and in good condition, and the bed provided excellent comfort for sleeping. I also appreciated the quietness of the room, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The hotel’s overall cleanliness is impressive. Hallways, lobby, and common areas are all regularly maintained. It shows clear effort and strong management. The service throughout my stay was consistent and reliable, with no issues or delays. “We immediately left after half an hour. Front desk guy was rude and double charged us. Paid in app and a asked to pay again upon check in. We did not stay over. Scary neighborhood. Very dirty. Hallways were un lit, pitch black. I had to use my own flashlight. Although it had automatic lights, upon exiting the room it was pitch dark. We asked for a blanket but never given one. We left after half an hour. I will contact lawyers and file a case. Stay away from these scammers!”
