The standout starter was the Prawn Puri: a flavorful dry prawn masala served on a fluffy bhatura-style bread. Simple, unique, and absolutely delicious. For the mains, we ordered Vegetable Makhani with butter naan and onion kulcha. Everything was rich, comforting, and well-balanced without being overly heavy. What made the experience even better was the warm hospitality, attentive service, and inviting ambience. A lovely way to end our Moroccan journey before heading home. Thank you, Rabat. While the flavors lean more toward modern interpretations rather than strictly traditional Indian profiles, each dish was thoughtfully executed and delicious. There are great vegetarian options with depth of flavor and variety that felt just as satisfying as the non-veg dishes, making this a standout choice for both vegetarians and mixed groups. A highlight for me was the naans — absolutely exceptional, fresh, soft, and perfectly cooked, easily among the best I’ve had.
