“Terrible management and completely unprofessional staff. I came up here from Sofia Palace downstairs because I was looking for a place with a DJ and a good vibe for my girlfriend and me. The place looked cool, but the service ruined it. The bouncer approached me and asked if I needed a table for two. I said yes, and he explicitly told me there were no tables right then but promised to have one ready for me in 30 minutes. I went back downstairs to wait, and exactly 30 minutes later I returned, only for the same bouncer to tell me, 'No, you came late, it's crowded now,' and dismissively told me to go figure it out with the manager. If you can't honor a waitlist or keep a promise to a customer, don't offer it in the first place. Complete waste of time and highly unprofessional.”
“I had a very bad experience. I made a reservation for two people, but when I arrived at 10:30 PM, I was told it was already too late. The next day, I came earlier as advised, but I was then told to go to another restaurant until the time came. When I followed those instructions and returned, I saw other people entering El Cielo, but I was refused entry again. I was told that someone was watching through a camera and selecting who could enter El Cielo and who had to go elsewhere. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. Overall, there was a lot of confusion, inconsistent information, and poor service despite having a reservation. The explanation of “selection” at the end was disappointing.
“I had a very disappointing experience at El Cielo Lounge during ladies night. I was refused entry by the bouncers in a disrespectful manner and was even told not to bother coming back. During the interaction, it was suggested that I didn’t “look like” I would spend as much as others who were being let in. What made it worse is that people dressed very similarly to me were allowed in right in front of me. The whole process felt arbitrary and unprofessional. Not to mention, bouncers allow themselves to physically push people to the side for no reason, and deny entry untill being paid some cash to be allowed inside. I strongly recommend changing the bouncers since they are the ones hurting the business most. I understand venues have the right to manage entry, but basic respect and consistency should still apply.”
“This club is the where all of my friends and me come to, the service is on the spot and especially the manager called Mounir, he’s so humble and responsive all the time, always taking care of us, and checking in on us all the time, elcielo is the best place in Rabat literally, I’m always recommending it to my colleagues, the music and the entertainment is perfect as always 🙉”
“Everything was good except for the security who told me you can’t enter with sunglasses 😂😂, didn’t want to escalate the situation because we were a group and didn’t wanna ruin my mood or theirs Im not even mad , its just funny at this point. Do better!”
“I was wearing berken stocks and they ddnt allow me to enter and guards they were making fun of me by saying that i am feminin”
